Hey guys,I haven't really had a lot of time to blog lately so I thought I'd do a quick post .I wanted to welcome all my new readers and say  thanks for following me. I apologize for the lack post lately.I really hate the fact that I haven't been able to focus on my blog the way I want to but I'm working on it so please don't abandon me. I've been trying to get myself organized but since I'm always all over the place it's not the easiest thing to do. While I have your attention I waned to show you a few things I've been lusting over.I'm really in need of these things in my life like last week.

Anna Scholz Black and White Label

I think this winter has been the worse some of us have ever seen, so I'm sure that I'm not the only one counting the days until spring. Lately I've been obsessed with all the beautiful floral prints and flowing dresses that a spring/summer wardrobe brings. I've been looking for the perfect pieces to add to my closet for spring/summer and I've found allot of those pieces at Anna Scholz’s. I am completely in love with Anna Scholz Black and White Labels. Both of these collections offer a bit of everything. The Black Label Collection is an extension of her premium White Label .The BLC has a focus on day wear and is full of fresh on trend prints and embellishments. Besides the clothes the best thing about the Black label for me is, it's at a price point that almost everyone can afford (how fab is that!) The White Label is a more premium luxury focused collection and features day and night wear. The WLC is full of beautiful dresses made with the best fabrics. The WLC has a classier chic feel, whereas the BLC has a trendier fresh look. Both lines are gorgeous and would work great together if mixed and matched .These are a few pieces from both collections, check them out and let me know what you think.

Vintage

While looking over fashion shows from this fashion week I find myself amazed by the innovative designs that are sent down the runway.This got me thinking about the vintage clothing that so many love and how far fashion in general has come. So I started doing a little searching for vintage fashion and came across some really great pictures so you know I had to share with you guys. It's amazing to see the differences between then and now, and how some things never change .

First Blog Award!

Wow, I got a big surprise today while catching up on some of my favorite blogs. I just received my first blog award and I think I'm a bit hyper than it's ok to be. RIP Lee Mcqueen (Edit)

As a lover of all fashion I am at shock and saddened by this news.

He had a truly unique artistic vision and he will be missed .

 

After reading over what I wrote concerning  McQueen's tragic passing I decided to revise this posting. I feel that such a talented designer should be remembered by the beautiful art he left behind and not the sad circumstances surrounding his death.

Snowpocalypse

I wanted to start out by saying thanks to all my Fabulous readers for not abandoning me over the last week . You guys rock and I love all the comments and e-mails I get from you all. So I'm sure you all know (via the news) that the east coast has been getting hit hard with blizzard after blizzard . However for Philly this is our third blizzard (over 20 inches of snow) this winter and the second and third were within one week. Philadelphia has had over 40 inches of snow in five days. The city has been shut down completely, meaning no school and for most no work . Usually I would use this extra time to catch up all things fashion and my school work but I've been doing everything except that . I've just been being lazy,reading books, watching movies,cooking, and even playing  in the snow . Anyways NY fashion week is coming up so I should be getting back to usual level of blogieness soon.

So I had to take out the trash and decided to bring my camera so I took some pics while I was out there ,this is what it looks like in my neighborhood. It was super creepy outside because no one was out and it was so quite, but I have to admit it is kinda beautiful.

Do you notice anything different? Yup I got a new camera no more blackberry pics. Yaaaaaahhhhhh.....

I thought this dude was funny as hell. It's not exactly new but I had to post it .

If She Was A Boy

I may be a little partial considering I am a die hard Beyonce fan (and shes my best friend in my head) but I think this performance was spectacular. I get chills watching it.
